Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 US states. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages 318 Supply Co. is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will work to make it right.
